All my food was fresh and hot which is rare at any fast food chain these days. I feel like the portion sizes have halved and doubled in price over the years though. It’s not cheap

Food was awful, over cooked and cold, people who served us liked like they couldn't be bothered. Contacted for money back because no one ate any chicken and they offered us a £6 voucher when I spent nearly £30. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
Took 1 hour to get my food which was only 2 items! Gave my food to somebody else, who then drove away with it. Ran out of chicken. Can not use time properly. Food is now freezing cold. DISGUSTING customer service. No apology after being made to wait for food 1 hour. Gave me a small side when asked for large. Forgot a full meal and had to wait another 10 minutes for it. Deliberately ignored my attempt to get attention for my food after waiting 45 minutes. Repeatedly walked away with no explanation. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I waited 30 minutes for a party bucket and I was waiting at the counter for it to be prepared. I was surrounded by numerous people complaining that there were missing food items and drinks from the orders, cold food etc. After 10 minutes I was asked my order number and told they were still waiting for chicken. After 20 minutes I was told the same. After nearly 30 minutes I asked again but spoke to the manager who again said the same but said he would personally sort it and pop in an extra side for the wait. I would have cancelled the order if it wasn't for the children waiting for it in the car and the other family waiting for it at home. They basically kept forgetting my order as i dont think it would take 30 minutes to fry some chicken... Very disappointing. The manager ended up resolving my issue, but the manager did not apologise for my wait (although the other servers had previously apologised to me). A free side or 2 wasn't enough to make me return to this KFC store.
