I usually go to kfc in keighley however today I was in area and decided to try this one. Place was clean and everything. Unfortunately immediately after placing order we were served which was clear indication that order was not freshly made. Burgers were very dry and cold, fries were chewy and unpleasant, everything was tasteless. Definitely not a recommended place.
Service at this KFC is worst I ever been in any take away or restaurant!!!! People hardly understand English !!! Food totally rubbish my burger chicken was uncooked and I ask him to swap it , while my kids had they food nearly finished no one still bring my burger until I went and ask them what happened? They not even responded to me So I left the burger and told that guy to have it and enjoy it !!!! Waste of money Shipley KFC avoid it at all time !!!!
visited at KFC baildon the food was nice tasted fresh the restaurant was clean and tidy staff was amazing especially Ayesha and Hira so friendly and kind top service provided from them
I recently visited KFC and had a great experience, thanks to the excellent service provided by Hira. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The atmosphere among the staff seemed positive and well-coordinated, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. It's always nice to see workers who enjoy what they do and treat customers with respect. Great job, Hira and team! Hopefully will see you again
Ordered via uber eats, spent over £50 and all of the food was quite frankly diabolical, soggy and inedible. We will NOT be getting a kfc again
