<p><strong>Mortgage Administrator</strong></p> <p><br /></p> <p>Location: Harrogate /Hybrid (3-4 days a week office based)</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator keen to support a small team of experienced HNW Mortgage Broker? We have a great opening to join a fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth client journey through the mortgage process.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Manage mortgage cases from application to completion </li><li>Prepare and submit applications to lenders </li><li>Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors &amp; valuers </li><li>Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date </li><li>Handle case progression, payments &amp; completion checks </li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>Experience required:</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 18 months experience in an independent mortgage administration role.</li><li>Strong organisation and attention to detail </li><li>Confident communicator with a proactive approach </li><li>Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Knowledge of mortgage processes – experience of multiple lenders etc</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>Up to &#163;33k Basic &#43; Bonus &#43; Benefits</strong></p>
