No welcome pack, noted last guest didn’t get one either Door buzzer from outside didn’t work… noted didn’t work for last guest Had to fix toilet seat on first night as when sat on it came off, this must have been obvious to any cleaner The entrance from car park at the rear is really filthy, under maintained and the stair carpet in places is worn, loose and potentially dangerous: noted by last guest.

Where we parked the car at the back was untidy we had to move branches out of the way to get parked also scruffy entrance into apartments.
