This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Account Manager to manage an exciting client base. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join a growing team. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within the business. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting sales growth through product focuses, upselling, and cross-selling activities. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels Maintain accurate customer records using CRM Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets Qualifications Experience using CRM systems Required Skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong sales and negotiation abilities Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong attention to detail and administrative skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay range and compensation package Salary: £35,000 + bonus Location: Wetherby - office based
