Visited powerimp.co.uk website for my second purchase and proper happy again. Order was prepared really fast and this time I collected the laptop next day already. I was visiting Sheffield last Friday and came across this place Powerimp while looking for a good priced laptop for my daughter present. I’m really happy with the laptop, also received good offer! It runs fast and will be perfect for her studies and some gaming. Very good value for money.

Avoid!! Laptop did not arrive, communication poor and rude. Cancellation made, refund sought with bank. Item arrived 2 weeks after cancellation in poor packaging. Threats were made to reinstate payment, dishonesty about timeline of events, refusal to accept item back. Instead chose to begin litigation for defamation, illegal retention of goods and conversion. Bank settled in my favour after seeing correspondence. Trustpilot review upheld despite numerous attempts by Powerimp to get it removed. Avoid - scammers.

Laptop not what was ordered, came late, was faulty, communication non-existent until after a review was left. Now being threatened via email to take reviews down. Do you own research, don't ignore the poor reviews.
