Starbucks Coffee

5th October at 11.30am - I came in store with a newborn baby, clearly struggling on my own. A young guy and girl were serving, chatting away between themselves, no customer service, started shouting out my order one by one, toastie, cake, coffee etc I couldn’t carry everything. Had to leave my newborn in the car seat to get up and start bringing everything over myself. The store was dead. One of them could have helped and brought over my order. I am disgusted

This is by far the best Starbucks in the local vicinity. It doesn't have a drive-through but I think that adds to it's appeal. It is never overly busy so it is easy to get a decent seat. As an old restaurant it has lots of space so the chairs and tables aren't squashed together. The staff are very friendly which is a must when you are in dire need of that first coffee in the morning. The staff are also good at their jobs, they take care and pay attention. We come here all the time because of the above, the Reward App also makes s difference over time. Anyway, enjoy 😊

It was quite so we didn't have to wait too long for drinks. Staff stood about when I walked in. Tables could do with been clear away. And floor sweeped

Fantastic service super friendly staf very helpful with selection of assortment, clean toilet. Not busy. Plenty space to park a car.

The staff are fab and so friendly.So much a pleasant experience when having children that people aren't looking down their noses like a lot of places.Really can't say much more apart from the staff and service is fabulous xx
