Business Acceptance Manager

An international law firm is looking for an experienced Business Acceptance Manager to join its Risk & Compliance team in Leeds. The role offers exposure to complex, high-profile matters, the opportunity to work closely with partners across multiple jurisdictions, and genuine long-term career development within a highly regarded global Risk & Compliance function. In this role, you'll be trusted to play a key part in safeguarding the firm by: Manage and oversee the review of complex conflict checks and new business intake requests across multiple jurisdictions. Analyse conflict search results, identify potential legal and commercial conflicts, and recommend appropriate resolutions. Advise partners and business teams on conflicts, client engagement issues, ethical considerations, and regulatory requirements. Work closely with partners and fee earners to facilitate the onboarding of new clients and matters while ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory obligations. Support the management and development of Business Acceptance Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm's international network.
