As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from end-to-end, this will include: Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients Researching companies, markets, and identifying potential gaps you could fill Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and job boards Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn Screening and preparing candidates to present to key clients Managing the process on both candidate and client side, to ensure all expectations are aligned Managing negotiations and handling the offer process to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties Mastering business development, where you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients, and creating your own ‘business within a business' From us, you can expect: Incredibly strong earning potential, with uncapped commission for every placement.
