Principal to Associate Town Planner

An established and growing planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal to Associate Town Planner to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of planning projects while contributing to business growth, client relationships and project delivery across multiple sectors. The Role Key responsibilities include: Leading and delivering a range of planning projects from inception through to determination. Providing strategic planning advice to a diverse client base. Managing planning applications, appeals and site promotion projects. Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Contributing to the continued growth and success of the planning team. About You MRTPI qualified. Strong planning consultancy or development sector experience. Excellent project management and communication skills. Commercially aware with strong client-facing abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
