•Exciting news is cooking up at Trinity Kitchen in Leeds! Starting on Monday 1st June, a vibrant selection of new summer street food vendors has arrived, bringing delicious flavours from around the world. These tasty options will be available for the next eight weeks, until Sunday, 26th July. With a variety of dishes on offer, food lovers are in for a treat this summer.
New Vendors at Trinity Kitchen
Trinity Kitchen is welcoming several new vendors, each offering unique culinary delights:
Ayubowan: Bringing a taste of Sri Lanka with dishes like spicy lentil fritters and Nasi Goreng.
Rico: Known for their golden empanadas filled with tender meats and melted cheese.
Chicken Bandits: Serving up mouth-watering Nashville fried chicken burgers and loaded fries.
Fat Cat Bao: Offering fluffy bao buns stuffed with chicken or tofu, topped with pickled onions.
Masri: A returning favourite known for their Egyptian Koshary and falafel burgers.










Signature Dishes to Try
Each vendor has something special to offer. Here’s a closer look at some of the standout dishes:
Ayubowan is set to impress with their Parriphphu Vadai, which are spicy, deep-fried lentil and onion fritters. Their Nasi Goreng is also a must-try, featuring bold flavours and your choice of chicken, prawn, or beef.
Rico will delight with their empanadas, which are golden pastries filled with delicious ingredients that melt in your mouth.
Chicken Bandits will be the go-to spot for anyone craving juicy chicken burgers, crispy wings, and indulgent loaded fries.
Fat Cat Bao serves fluffy bao buns that can be filled with either chicken or tofu, adding a fun twist to the Asian street food scene.
Masri returns with their Egyptian Koshary, a hearty mix of pasta, fried rice vermicelli, brown lentils, and chickpeas, all topped with a garlicky tomato sauce. They also offer falafel burgers and ribeye kebabs drizzled in Tahini sauce.
Perfect for Football Fans
This summer, Trinity Kitchen is also gearing up for an exciting football season. As the World Cup kicks off on 11th June, the venue will transform into a lively fan zone, complete with three massive screens for viewing the matches. With space for up to 1,000 supporters, it’s the ideal spot to catch the action with friends and enjoy the buzzing atmosphere.
Josie Towning, the Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, shared her enthusiasm: “This summer, Trinity Kitchen is the place to be, with an array of street food vendors to please even the fussiest of eaters. Whether you’re popping down for lunch or bringing your mates to watch the World Cup, there’s something for everyone at Trinity Kitchen.”

The venue features a mix of permanent restaurants and rotating pop-up vendors, ensuring there's always something new to try.
