Amazing gym and staff are brilliant. Particularly the classes - I have recently started joining Flexy Stretch class with Alex O. Brilliant results with Alex being very attentive to each participant. The Gym overall has a supportive and friendly feel to it, with a wide array of equipment. I’ve been to many gyms over the years, this one is my favourite

TL;DR - Pros: Staff. Cons: Facilities, equipment, security, billing. The only positive aspect of this gym is the on-site staff. Every member of staff is professional, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and consistently provides excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the facilities and equipment are of very poor quality. Many machines are unsanitary, frequently out of order, and in some cases unsafe to use. Security is also inadequate. External CCTV only covers the disabled car park, meaning that if anything happens to you or your vehicle elsewhere on their premises, there is no coverage or protection. Billing is another significant issue. The only point of contact by phone is their billing partner, whose staff provide inconsistent and often contradictory information. There is no ownership of errors, no apology or attempt at resolution, and customer service is frequently unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, while the staff on site are fantastic, the gym itself falls short in every other respect. For just a small increase in cost, there are many other gyms that offer far better facilities, safer equipment, and more reliable customer support.

Great place for fitness and strength training and flex techniques. Good prices. Good security system. Staff seem friendly and open to helping you out. Has classes. An app is available to track busy times and when you went.and for how long. Gym sends you offers for their caffinated drinks to try. They offer a free training session and introduction to equipment if u need or want it. Only thing it's missing is a sauna and swimming pool, but then it'd cost more.

Great gym and equipment however staff have been rude numerous times, especially Alex. It doesn’t cost much to be nice and helpful.

Always found the gym great to attend. There's a good range of classes and they have increased the number of potential PTs with varying expertise to help anyone achieve their particular fitness goals. The fact the gym is open 24hrs is a particular bonus as it fits in with shifts and there are lots of friendly regulars happy to provide a spot if you need one.
