Very poor customer service today. Lack of acknowledgement and no manners. Was served by a lady called Carol. Needs to be trained on customer service as her service is very poor indeed

Much improved since the recent refurbishment. It is now possible to skip the frequent queues, by opting for the self-service registers. Prices are reasonable enough given convenience and vegetables are always fresh and decent quality. It's a shame they always seem to overcook the freshly baked goods here. The cookies are usually very dry and bitter and croissants are dark brown and collapse into flakes.

A good local shop with plenty of fresh veg and fruit available, and a good selection of Co-op goodies including veggie, vegan, fair trade and organic food and household items. Get a membership card for cash rewards and they offer great discount with a Totum card for students.

Check the prices being rung up. I had two of the three items I was buying ringing up for more than was posted. The helpful sales clerk checked them and corrected it, but I would have been overcharged if I didn’t know the correct price.

It's our local store, we love it as every year we can buy our alcohol for Christmas with the points/money we save,excellent staff! Very helpful!
