Finance Manager
<p><strong>Campbell Grove Talent </strong>are working with a well established Legal firm in central Harrogate who are looking for a hands-on <strong>Finance Manager</strong> to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function.</p> <p>This is an office based role where you’ll be right in the thick of it, not just reporting numbers, but getting involved across the business and supporting decision making.</p> <p><strong>The role:</strong></p> <p>As <strong>Finance Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for managing the finance function end-to-end, ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately and on time.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals and reconciliations</li><li>Oversight of transactional finance (AP, AR and general ledger)</li><li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning</li><li>Liaising with external auditors and supporting year-end accounts</li><li>Providing clear financial insight and working closely with senior stakeholders</li></ul> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible on qualification so AAT/ PQ / QBE would be considered</li><li>Experience in a similar role within Legal or Professional Services</li><li>Strong management accounting and reporting experience</li><li>Confident communicator who’s comfortable challenging and supporting stakeholders</li></ul> <p><strong>What’s on offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>c£40,000 – £45,000</li><li>Central Harrogate location with onsite parking</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>Friendly, supportive working environment</li></ul> <p>If you want a role where you’re genuinely involved in the running of finance and not sat on the sidelines, this is a great opportunity.</p> <p>For further details, contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan</p>
