Company Accountant

<p>HW Finance are exclusively partnering with a creative business in Harrogate who are looking to hire a Company Accountant. </p> <p>Operating for over 20 years in their field, the business has grown and as such are looking to bring in a Company Accountant to work closely with the Directors and be responsible for all accounting aspects. </p> <p>You'll be tasked with management reporting and designing systems and processes to deliver key information to the Directors, contributing to the commercial strategy of the business. </p> <p>Responsibilities will include:</p> <p><br /></p> <ul> <li>Preparing management accounts </li><li>Maintaining accounting systems</li><li>Managing budgets</li><li>Reconciling accounts</li><li>Liaising with external accountants </li><li>Monitoring cash flow </li><li>Providing financial analysis to support business decisions </li><li>Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <p>The role needs an experienced, hands on qualified/qualified by experience Accountant with industry experience, ideally in an SME environment. </p> <p>You'll be a confident communicator used to dealing with senior stakeholders and having ownership of a finance function. </p> <p>Salary up to &#163;50k &#43; benefits and please note the business work predominantly in the office. </p> <p><br /></p>
