Great space to train. Very social and inclusive environment. Staff are always professional and there if you need them or just want a quick break from your session. Equipment is always sparkling as the staff are all over the cleanliness of the gym and there's enough equipment to facilitate a well structured programme. One suggestion I would put forward would be to acquire either a hack or pendulum squat machine.

From day one, he took the time to understand my goals, fitness level, and any limitations I had. Every session is well-structured, challenging, and tailored to help me improve step by step. What I really appreciate is abids professionalism and motivation he know exactly how to push me to do my best without overdoing it. He constantly adjust workouts to keep things fresh and effective, and his knowledge of proper form and technique has made a huge difference in my confidence at the gym. Thanks to abid, I’ve seen real progress not only in strength and endurance but also in how I feel overall. I can’t recommend him enough to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and encouraging trainer.

I had a GLC session with Abid at PureGym and it was fantastic! He showed me how to use lots of equipment I wouldn’t have felt comfortable trying on my own. He gave me loads of confidence and really pushed me in a positive way. I left feeling motivated and much more at ease in the gym. Highly recommend!

Couldn't ask for a better gym, classes are great for all abilities. Trainers are top class. Highly recommend. Props to Tyler, Phil R, Phil C and Aiden for keeping us motivated whilst having fun as well

A good new gym with most of the equipment you would expect at a gym. Weights section is good. Have a separate women’s area, fitness studio and changing rooms. No steep incline treadmill. Free parking.
