KFC Catterick - Richmond Road

31/01/26 My wife and I went to get some food and ended up sitting in. We took some deliberating what to have and then went to the counter to order. The gentleman server with a moustache (I missed his name) was excellent, he very kindly helped apply the military discount. As we ate he brought us the drink and cups which we were grateful for! Superb friendly service.

Twice this has now happened where we have ordered on a evening and they've accepted the order and then we've not received anything and then had to put in for a refund through just eat, ordered over an hour before closing time each time too. I then went down to see what the issue was, then was told pretty rudely that they can't do anything or help due to it being through Just eat. If you can't provide the food or close way before your stated closing times then don't accept the order! KFC -Catterick Garrison is an absolute waste of space.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady serving us was extremely rude. We were given cold burgers and were told to just eat them. When we went back to complain, we were told that we came at closing time—which wasn’t true—and they even tried to excuse it by saying the toaster wasn’t working, which was ridiculous. Instead of apologising, she continued to be rude throughout the interaction. Don’t ever visit this place again.so ridiculous

Ordered the boneless dipping box meal for us to celebrate my son's good work at school food came no dips at all in box even tho it was £32 order. Called the KFC and girl on phone couldn't care less no apology just the same line over and over "nothing we can do" Shop used to be great now it filthy dirty staff all ways chatting away and this is the 3rd time thing have been missing off out order.

They forgot most of our order and just swapped the missing pieces with whatever they could find. I'm severely allergic to tomatoes so requested none of them near the meal, I ended up with ketchup and tomatoes in my burger.
