<p>Futures are supporting a industry leading engineering business in their search for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for the entire function across a large warehouse and distribution function<strong>.</strong></p> <p>This is a highly visible role, combining leadership responsibility with a hands-on presence across the warehouse. You must have prior experience leading internal audits, an excellent understanding of IOS9001 and experience running a QMS.</p> <p><strong>Quality Manager – Responsibilities – QMS / IOS9001 / ISO / WMS / Audit / Root Cause / Warehouse / Distribution / Supply Chain </strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of Quality Inspectors.</li><li>Drive quality standards across warehouse operations.</li><li>Manage QMS processes and support WMS-related quality activities.</li><li>Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.</li><li>Lead RCA and CAPA activities to resolve quality issues.</li><li>Maintain quality accreditations and support audit programmes.</li><li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the site.</li></ul> <p><strong>Quality Manager - Experience Required - </strong></p> <ul> <li>Background within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or 3PL operations.</li><li>Experience working with ISO9001 and Quality Management Systems.</li><li>Strong auditing and compliance experience.</li><li>Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).</li><li>Comfortable balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational involvement.</li><li>Previous experience leading quality teams.</li></ul> <p><strong><br />Quality Manager | Distribution | Logistics | Warehouse | 3PL | ISO9001 | QMS | WMS | Auditing | CAPA | RCA</strong></p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business undergoing positive change and play a key role in shaping quality performance across the operation.
