Panel Wirer

<p>We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Wirer to join a busy and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous electrical assembly or panel wiring experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.</p> <p>As a Panel Wirer, you will be responsible for the assembly and wiring of electrical control panels, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with engineering drawings and specifications.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Wiring and assembly of electrical control panels and sub-assemblies.</li><li>Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.</li><li>Using a variety of hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.</li><li>Crimping, terminating, and connecting electrical components and cables.</li><li>Carrying out basic testing and quality checks on completed assemblies.</li><li>Assisting with soldering tasks where required (not essential).</li><li>Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area.</li><li>Working to production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.</li></ul> <p>The Candidate</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in panel wiring, electrical assembly, or a similar manufacturing role.</li><li>Experience using hand tools and power tools confidently and safely.</li><li>Strong crimping and cable termination skills.</li><li>Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and wiring schematics.</li><li>Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.</li><li>Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.</li><li>The ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
