Finance Analyst - 6 Month FTC

<p>We’re looking for a motivated Junior Finance Analyst to join a growing finance team, working closely with the Finance Business Partner to support reporting, forecasting and business performance analysis across the organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract.<br /><br /><strong>*PLEASE NOTE - This is a 6 Month FTC, with an immediate start date. Please only apply if available to start immediately*</strong></p> <p>This is a great opportunity for a recent finance graduate or early-career finance professional looking to build strong commercial experience and develop business partnering skills in a supportive environment. Some finance experience and strong MS Excel skills are essential, with the ability to start asap.&nbsp;</p> <strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong> <ul> <li>Supporting budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting</li><li>Analysing financial performance and providing insights to stakeholders</li><li>Preparing variance analysis and management reports</li><li>Partnering with Head Office and operational teams</li><li>Assisting with month-end and ad-hoc financial analysis</li><li>Helping improve reporting processes and financial controls</li></ul> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a finance role essential and desire to gain further analytical, reporting and commercial finance skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong MS Excel / Power BI/ Dynamics 365 skills</li><li>Confident communicating with non-finance teams</li><li>Keen interest in finance based role&nbsp;</li><li>Organised, proactive and eager to learn</li></ul> <strong>What’s on Offer</strong> <ul> <li>Hybrid working ( 2 days office / 3 WFH)&nbsp;</li><li>Flexitime (between 10am - 4pm)&nbsp;</li><li>Salary up to &#163;35k DOE&nbsp;</li><li>Immediate start available&nbsp;</li><li>Strong exposure to FP&amp;A and commercial finance</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with senior finance leaders</li><li>A collaborative team with real development opportunities</li></ul>
